We expect you to be reasonable of course. If you bought the cheapest brush in the store, none of us can expect it to last as long or perform as well as the top of the line.

If we (or they) let you down, please tell us know and we’ll do everything in our power to put things right.

What’s more, we won’t argue when you return a product that you have a problem with. Sure, we’ll ask questions, but only so that we know which products we should keep and which ones we should dump.
