Delivery Service & Covid-19 Update

To all our wonderful Artery customers,

Given the current situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19), our number one priority is the safety of you and of our staff.
We would like to reassure you that we are following all of the precautions set out by the government to ensure Artery stays a safe environment for us all.

We know that it is important during this period of social isolation for everyone to continue to have access to books, art materials and other forms of creativity.
As we love to see all your wonderful faces, we will be keeping our doors open. For those of you who are unable to, or would prefer not to come into town at this time we will be providing a delivery service for the Hobart area.

We will be taking orders by email and by phone so that we may continue to supply all your Arty needs.

Delivery details:

Where do we deliver?

We will deliver as far as Brighton, Margate and Sorell, as well as the immediate suburbs around Hobart.
If you place an order with us, we will drop the order at the front door of your house unless we are given other directions.

Delivery fee:
$10.00

Why are we charging a delivery fee?
In an endeavour to keep all of this sustainable for Artery and to be able to continue in this vein for a prolonged period of time if necessary, we will need to charge a delivery fee.

Also available for collection:

We can pack orders for collection from our shop at 137-141 Collins St, Hobart if customers don’t wish to pay a delivery fee.

Ordering and Payment:

We prefer email orders if possible, to keep the phones free. (as we only have a limited number of phone lines we will need phones to contact customers for CC details and queries etc).

Payment by credit card over the phone or by direct deposit into Artery Bank account.

Bank account payments must be cleared before we deliver.

HOW TO:

Email us an order – sales@arterydirect.com.au

We will email you back with what we have in stock and the cost for the purchase/delivery etc.

Pay via credit or debit card (we will call you to get your details securely) or via bank deposit.

We will endeavour to pack and deliver within 24/48 hrs after payment has cleared.

If you live outside the designated areas don’t worry! We can send via Australia Post or use our regular statewide courier service, Fastway couriers.

 

This is our way of supplying you with all your Arty needs as well as keeping our staff employed during these uncertain times. Please be understanding if items are unavailable at the time of ordering or if we are unable to give you precise delivery times. We will be doing our very best to keep our small part of the art world turning and keep our community creative and happy!
